Returns & Delivery
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If certain items are not in stock or they cannot be sourced, you can not place your order. We will notify you once the products are back in stock or depending on the case, when they are available again for purchasing.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered by our sales specialists are available for delivery both in national and international locations.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, our team tries to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order costs, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.orgSales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at: email@example.com.
Please note, the Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or contact us to do it on your behalf.
6. RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with the products you have order, please let us know. You have 14 days to return or exchange an order with a valid invoice. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
7. REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of
standard delivery will also be refunded.
8. EXCHANGE (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange items from your order, for the same items, please send us an email
